The main purpose of this job:

The primary role of a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant is to work collaboratively with the direct sales team, clients & partners to provide support for all pre-sales solution aspects of the sales cycle. Job requirements include but are not limited to the following activities: Requirement study, RFI/RFP preparation, opportunity support, Proposal support, Demo/POC support.

Skills and experience required for this role:

• Involved in Pre-sales activities, promoting company’s products and services and acting as a solution evangelist.
• Hands on experience in pre-sales (Min 3yrs).
• Hands on experience in Office 365 and EMS is mandatory.
• Analyzing customer need, designing solution, and negotiating for the orders.
• Providing various solutions related to Data center, Disaster recovery & Cloud solutions (Public & Private cloud).
• Define logical workflow and design for O365.
• Act as trusted solution architect to Enterprise clients to support cloud adoption.
• Consult and Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful adoption of cloud initiatives.
• Identify cloud technologies & provide best-suited cloud solution to the customer based on the requirement. (O365 & MS Azure).
• Design solutions based on end-customer requirements and deliver predefined ROI. o Helps product teams to launch new value-added products & services related to Cloud product portfolio.
• Preparing Solution containing Design Document, Scope of Work, Architecture, Bill of Material of cloud/IT hardware and Managed Services.
• Hands-on experience on migrating Servers, DBs, storage etc. on AWS / O365.

Key responsibility areas:

• 4-6+ years of technology related productivity and communications solutions; experience working within a technical sales environment preferred.
• Understanding of productivity and communications market and ability to develop deep expertise in Office 365 and Skype For Business products such as: Collaboration, Identity Security, Voice, Modern Desktop.
• Takes initiative to independently grow technical knowledge.
• Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer facing role.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value.
• Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment.

Preferred educational background for this role:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in or equivalent experience in industry related discipline.
