Noventiq partnered with Allcargo in their digital transformation journey, using Microsoft365 (M365) as the key solution to standardize their IT environment. Solution
Allcargo partnered with Noventiq to migrate to M365 solution, which offers best-in-class productivity apps, enterprise mobility, MDM etc. along with online meetings, web-conferencing, voice, and video.
The aim of this continuous improvement exercise is to provide a better collaboration & productivity platform to their employees along with enhanced customer experience through integrated workflows with other Microsoft products (D365 CRM and F&O).
Impact
The implementation of M365 E3 enables Allcargo to have a unified communication and mobile device management with enhanced security, reliability and scalability. This enabled the company's IT team to focus on other organization-based initiatives including futuristic cloud-based application and other modernization initiatives.
M365 E3 has the potential to provide support for compliance, information protection, privacy, EDRM, and GDPR. While some of these components have already been deployed, the others are being aggressively explored for suitability and adaptability. As an example, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Yammer have been actively adopted by Allcargo helping them to improve teamwork and collaboration.
