- Noventiq optimises Everise’s Microsoft Azure platform to reduce OPEX.
- The leading CX company increased data security with Microsoft Intune.
The situation
Everise, a US-based technology-enabled global outsourcing firm with expertise in transforming customer experience for leading brands globally, chose Noventiq as their IT solutions enablement partner to assist their digital transformation through Microsoft 365 solutions. The company's goal was to empower its people with the tools and intelligence they need to succeed, as well as the flexibility to work from anywhere. Together with Noventiq, Everise improved company-wide productivity, security, and mobility features, which boosted their competitive advantage and brought down their operational costs.
The problem
A pioneer of the work-at-home customer support model, Everise wanted to help their globally dispersed teams to communicate and collaborate in a secure and flexible way. Everise had already been using an internal platform hosted on Microsoft Azure to access their applications. They were also using Microsoft Teams as their primary collaboration tool to deal with all internal communication between leaders and employees, as well as to coordinate between different departments.
When the COVID-19 pandemic started, Everise´s employees shifted into a work-at-home mode, which required the company to install additional resources on Azure. The exponential increase of video and chat usage on Microsoft Teams further increased the burden on the Azure platform. This resulted in unscalable increases in IT costs for the company.
The solution
To improve efficiency, Everise asked Noventiq to help them optimise their spend on the Azure platform by adjusting their technology environment. Noventiq ran an assessment using Azure Health Check and provided some recommendations to optimise the resources used through the solution platform tool.
To support Everise employee’s productivity on Microsoft Teams, Noventiq worked with the company’s communications department to create a tips and tricks campaign to educate their people.
Everise also wanted to improve the security of their infrastructure. Together with Noventiq, Everise implemented Microsoft Intune, which allowed the company to protect their data while managing their employees’ work from any device and location. Noventiq also consulted on additional security measures that further protected their business.
“In a world of constant change and evolution, companies investing in new technology and information are transforming their resilience to achieve growth and success. Everise has counted on Noventiq to make these investments, and empower our people to connect and engage, ensuring we are able to adapt quickly to any circumstance and meet the needs of our partners,” says Sudhir Agarwal, Founder and CEO of Everise.
“Noventiq has a team that understands our needs, combined with the experience to integrate smart solutions quickly,” added Ganapathy Subramaniyan, Chief Information Officer at Everise.
“At Noventiq, we’are committed to providing the best possible service for our customers so they can grow as a business, become more efficient, and have a better experience in their daily working lives. Microsoft 365 is a great solution that worked perfectly for Everise and met the need they had to help their employees work anywhere. The task of moving 4,000 desktops to a secured work-from-home environment in 72 hours was an exciting challenge,” Atul Ahuja, Senior Vice President MEA and Asia, Noventiq.
