About the Customer
Since 1994, the customer has been providing investment management solutions, managing funds across various risk-return levels for financial planning and wealth creation. They offer portfolio management services for high-net-worth individuals, offshore investors, and funds investing in India. The customer's strength lies in their intellectual capital and risk management framework with built-in controls and balances. They focus on achieving consistent, long-term results.
The customer wanted to consolidate all of their devices under a single managed entity, leveraging their existing Active Directory and Microsoft Licenses. However, they faced challenges in centrally managing both their corporate and BYOD devices. While their devices were currently in a Workgroup, they had partially integrated Active Directory with Azure AD and lacked the expertise to configure and define policies for centralized management using EMS and AD. As a result, they sought external support to help streamline their device management processes.
Noventiq successfully helped the customer streamline their device management by deploying policies for Identity and Access Management, Mobility productivity, and Device Enrolment. We ensured compliance of all devices with the policies and performed a smooth Windows Autopilot enrolment process. We also set up EMS E3 services, including Azure AD Premium P1, Intune, and Azure Information Protection policies for all users, and provided guidance to the IT team. Additionally, we assessed the configuration of Azure AD Connect with AD in the customer's premises and helped rectify all incoming issues. Overall, Noventiq assisted the customer in centralizing and streamlining their device management, ensuring compliance and efficient productivity.
